FAQ Shipping and returns

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS?
In order to be able to offer you fair prices for our artworks, shipping is charged separately. Shipping costs vary depending on the country - for example, in some countries they are €10, in others €40. As these differences are considerable, we cannot set a standardized shipping price. Therefore, you pay the shipping costs separately according to your region and get the best possible price for the canvas.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will first receive an email confirming that your order has been paid for and is ready to be shipped. After the first email, you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just check again to make sure it hasn't ended up in your spam folder, as emails sometimes end up there by mistake. If you have not received an email with a tracking link or there are no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email address you placed the order with to boombastic.artist@gmail.com and we will help you track your order.


HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Fulfillment takes between 1 and 4 business days depending on how many orders we have + shipping time 4-10 business days, delivery time depends on the delivery location. Please note that we print these orders on demand and do not ship items from printed stock. It will therefore take a few days longer until everything is ready.


HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Register for your return via boombastic.artist@gmail.com. After the email you will receive an email from us with instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/customs costs. Your return package must be well protected.


WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All customers under German law have 14 days to regret their purchase. The 14 days start from the day you receive the product. We will refund you the amount within 14 days after you cancel. The product you want to return must be sent back to us within 14 days after you cancel. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it. All costs associated with the return (shipping and customs) are at your expense. Contact us at luminoireart@gmail.com to obtain the address for returning your order.


Note: All orders purchased in the SALE or with a coupon code are not included in our return policy. We do not accept returns of artwork if the packaging has been opened as the artwork may be damaged. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. We do not accept returns for design changes.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order! If we have not yet started production on your order, you can cancel it.


IS MY ORDER DAMAGED?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and canvas clearly showing the damage. Send us these pictures by email to luminoireart@gmail.com. As soon as we receive your message, we will immediately take care of your request and find a solution.
